.JPG) Larry Ellis is the Head Coach of the Lady Falcons basketball team. A 1981 graduate of Windsor High School, Ellis coached the Binghamton Blaze varsity girls for four years, compiling a 86-18 record.
In those four years, the Binghamton Blaze won three Greater Finger Lakes Christian Athletic Association (GFLCAA) championships and one New York State Independent Leagues (NYSIL) state championship. The Blaze finished third in the 2008 East Coast Homeschool Basketball Tournament in Lynchburg, VA, and second in the 2010 NCSAA Division 3 Basketball Championships in Erie, PA. Coach Ellis was named the GFCLAA Coach of the Year 2007-08.
Coach Ellis brings a passionate desire to see student-athletes achieve success not only on the court, but in the classroom and their Christian walk. Athletics in general and basketball in particular can be a great tool to teach valuable lessons and skills that will be useful long after the athlete's playing days are over.
Coach Ellis lives in Conklin with his wife Paula and their three children.
