All miscellaneous fees are non-refundable. Refunds on room and board will be prorated weekly based upon the length of time the student has been enrolled.

Students who officially withdraw from classes will be entitled to tuition refunds on the following basis:

Week 2 - 75%
Week 3 - 50%
Week 4 - 25%
Week 5 and after - 0%

Online Course
Before the course begins - 100%
Week 1 - 75%
Week 2 - 40%
Week 3 and after - 0%

Summer Session (2 week module)
Before the course begins - 100%
Day 1 - 75%
Day 2 - 50%
Day 3 or after - 0%

Winter Session (1 week module)
Before course begins - 100%
Day 1 - 50%
