Checklist
- Complete the Application for Admission online.
- Read, sign and return the Davis College Covenant.
- Send SAT and/or ACT scores: Scores are considered official if reported on the official high school transcript or received directly from a testing agency. Davis Colleges SAT code (CEEB code) is 2233 and the ACT code is 2710.
- Send Official High School transcripts or GED
- Home schooled students may submit a letter from your Superintendent of Schools, stating that you have met all requirements of your state's laws for secondary education, or a GED.
- Have your pastor complete and submit the online Pastor's Recommendation Form.
- Complete and send Medical Forms from Health Services.
- Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The FAFSA code for Davis College is 015291
