1. Complete the Application for Admission online.

2. Read, sign and return the Davis College Covenant.

3. Submit a copy of your official college transcripts from each college or university you have previously attended.

4. Send SAT and/or ACT Scores: Scores are considered official if reported on the official high school transcript or received directly from a testing agency. Davis College SAT code is 2233 and the ACT code is 2710.

5. Send Official High School Transcripts or GED.

6. Home schooled students may submit a letter from their Superintendent of Schools, stating that they have met all requirements of their state's laws for secondary education, or a GED.

7. Have your pastor complete and submit the online Pastor's Recommendation Form.

8. Complete and send in Medical Forms from Health Services.

9. Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA code for Davis College is 015291.
