I started attending Davis College in the spring of 2014 in hopes of getting an associates degree and then transferring. This wasn’t the way things ended up, however, as I am currently beginning my final semester of my bachelors degree. The Lord used Davis College and the people there to help show me my calling and the dream He’s placed in my heart. I’m currently working at a children’s feeding center with at risk inner city kids and showing them the love of Christ. I’m hoping to continue working with this program and, also, in my church with their discipleship program. Before Davis, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I now feel that I know what the Lord is putting on my heart to do for His kingdom at this point in my journey with Him. The relationships I’ve built at this school won’t soon be forgotten, and the things I’ve learned from places even beyond the classroom will stay with me long after I leave.
