Once you have been accepted, you should begin working on the remainder of your paperwork, this paperwork does not need to be completed in order.

Want help getting your Final Transcripts? Submit the Transcript Release Authorization Form and we will request your Transcripts for you!

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND CLASSES

ON CAMPUS STUDENTS

To move on campus and attend classes complete the following:
*Please note: They may, however, be submitted even before acceptance is extended.

  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Complete the FAFSA at fafsa.gov (school code 015291). More information about the financial aid process can be found here.
  • Health Forms. Required health forms can be found here. Contact our Admissions Counselor at (518) 494-1603 or admissions@davisny.edu with any questions. These are due August 15 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester.
  • Housing. All students planning to live in campus housing must contact the Dean of Men (males): JTCousins@wol.org, or the Dean of Women (females): KarenSmith@wol.org to request their preference for tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3 housing..

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Registration Information – Click here for copies of course schedules and lists of required textbooks. Accepted students are mailed registration packets with all the information needed to register for courses. Contact the Admissions Office if you have questions or concerns.

Learning Accommodations – Do you have a disability or a need for specific learning accommodations? Complete the Davis College Request for Disability Support Services Form and connect with our Student Services office to ensure you receive the academic support you need as a Davis College student.
